REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Seeking Coverage Attorney with experience investigating complex General Liability claims, or similar who can investigate, negotiate, and resolve high-exposure claims issues.
Must be an expert in contractual policy language and have strong background reading and interpreting legal documents and contracts.
Shall:
Interpret and educate claims specialists in intricacies of policy wording regarding complex GL claims.
Provide guidance on coverage matters and provide recommendations into approving or denying claims.
Determine extent of loss and identify when to reserve rights or decline coverage.
Handle complex coverage analysis; evaluate, negotiate, and resolve claims.
Set, reserve, and authorize payments within given authority limits.
Excellent salary and bonus potential for total compensation to $150,000.
