Starting pay: $12+/hr
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
The Welder II will work directly under the supervision of a higher level welder in a shop or field environment. Employee must be able to pass a weld certification.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
oUse of judgment to plan, perform and make decisions as to the sequence of set-ups, operations and processes within the limitations of recognized or standard methods and procedures.
oModerate physical demand, continuously lifting or moving light weight to moderate weight materials, and working in difficult work positions.
oConcentrated mental and visual attention in laying out or otherwise performing complex work to very close limits of high accuracy and quality; or in coordinating a high degree of manual dexterity with close visual attention for sustained periods.
oMaintain a billable rate according to department and company objectives.
oMust possess advanced skill level with numerous welding applications and mechanical troubleshooting with diagnostic equipment.
oWill work with a higher level Welder to learn to interpret blueprints, and how to follow a scope of work.
oAssist in training fellow Welders.
oAny other duties as appropriate and required.
oResponsibility to prevent damages due to mistakes or carelessness to equipment or materials. Prevent loss which may result from negligent inspection or testing; from spoilage or wastage of raw or in process materials.
oMay be responsible for work and safety of one other person.
oThis position requires working well under pressure; meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines and at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with coworkers and Leadmen.
EDUCATION: Use of mathematics together with the use of complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables; various types of precision measuring instruments. Equivalent to 1 to 3 years applied trades training in a particular or specialized occupation.
Experience: Over 1 year up to and including 3 years with numerous welding and cutting applications including air arcing, and dual shield wire.
REQUIREMENTS: Current MSHA, valid drivers license, and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and physical job requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
